University Kids
University Kids nurtures faith from the very beginning through wiggles, wonder, and worship. From nursery care and playful worship to creative camps and service opportunities, children from birth through 5th grade are invited to grow in God’s love while building friendships and discovering what it means to follow Jesus.
University United Student Ministries (UUSM)
UUSM is a welcoming community for middle and high school students to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and serve others. Through Bible study, prayer, worship, service projects, and fun adventures, students explore what it means to follow Jesus in real life—all in a relaxed, supportive space where everyone belongs.
Young Adults
Young adults ages 18–30ish gather weekly for community rooted in faith, fun, and meaningful connection. This group is a place to share life together—celebrating joys, naming challenges, asking honest questions, and growing in faith as we share light and life with one another. Whether you’re new to UUMC, exploring faith, or simply looking for community, you are welcome here.
Adult Study Group
There’s always more to learn about living out your faith—and you don’t have to do it alone. The Adult Study Group is a welcoming, weekly gathering where learning, conversation, and community come together. It’s not just about books and notes, but about building friendships and growing alongside one another as we explore faith in everyday life. Join us Sundays at 11am and find your place to belong.
Funkytown Music Academy
University UMC is home to Funkytown Music Academy—Fort Worth’s grooviest music school. Offering private and group instruction on a variety of instruments, seasonal music camps, and a sliding scale of fees for families who need it, Funkytown is a place where creativity is encouraged and musicianship can truly bloom.
Hands & Hearts Quilting Ministry
Quilting is more than fabric and thread—it’s a way to build community, share prayer, and serve others with care. This Hands & Hearts ministry brings together people of all ages and skill levels to learn, teach, and create side by side. Whether you’re picking up a needle for the first time or have years of experience, you’ll find encouragement, laughter, and meaningful connection in every gathering.
