Journey Home Food Closet
From Housing to Hope — Help Us Keep the Journey Going
We’ve helped welcome neighbors into their new homes. Now, we’re continuing that care—making sure those homes are filled with everyday support, nourishment, and hope.

Continuing the Journey
Through our partnership with Journey Home (Presbyterian Night Shelter), we’ve walked alongside residents in the Fort Worth area as they moved into supportive housing communities.
Now, we’re showing up in a new way.
The Journey Home Food Closet helps provide supplemental groceries—simple, practical support that makes a real difference in daily life.
We are currently supporting residents at:
-
Journey Home Housing at Crowley Road
-
Journey Home Housing at Camp Bowie West
Why This Matters
❤️ It Closes the Gap
When groceries run low, a few extra items can make all the difference.
🏡 It Supports New Beginnings
A stable home is just the start—ongoing care helps it last.
🤝 It Builds Community
This is how we show up for one another—with consistency, compassion, and care.
