Blessing of the Shoes Worship Service Fri, Feb 24 6 p.m. A celebration to lift up the participants, volunteers, organizers, and everyone supporting the Cowtown Marathon weekend. Worship in the sanctuary followed by a pasta pot luck.
RaeAnne & John are expecting a Baby Girl…Baby Shower for the McIntosh’ family, Sunday, January 15th at 3p.m. in the Solarium. They are registered at Babies R Us.
We were all happy to have decent weather during our Cowtown Christmas event, though the hot cocoa and cappuccinos were still a big hit. UUMC families and friends of all ages gathered to celebrate the holidays with crafts, stories, Santa rides, caroling, tree lighting and roasting marshmallows for s’mores. There will be an informational meeting held Wed, Dec 7 at 6 p.m. during Soul Feast for anyone wanting details about an upcoming mission trip to Guatemala. This will be an adult trip during spring break 2012. Dec 7 will be our last Soul Feast of the year. We will not have Wed night meals
